What we do...

407-409 Glebe Point Rd reaches Practical Completion

Our project at 407- 409 Glebe Point Rd reached Practical Completion in May 2007. The upgrade works, initiated by a DA for change of use, included fire rated and non-combustible elements and protection of various openings.

Fire Safety Constructions negotiated a modification to the Development Consent (BCA cl. C3.4) on the basis of cost, practicality and heritage considerations. In lieu of a combination of external sprinklers, automatic windows or fire shutters we advocated the use of radiant heat attenuation screens to protect some of the external openings.
