Fire Safety Constructions (FSC) has been appointed to address a comprehensive fire safety upgrade for a residential building as well as a retail shop, with a focus on both compliance and heritage preservation. Located in a prominent residential area, this project involves upgrades for fire safety while retaining the historical integrity of the building.

The scope of works involved several items to be covered, which were completed within the specified timeframe and without compromising the historical integrity of the building. Challenges did occur, such as working around a heritage building, which required high attention to detail and care, while also ensuring the final result was according to our high quality work.

The final stage of the project included providing a comprehensive fire safety audit and certification of the updated fire safety systems, ensuring the building met all the fire safety regulations and complied with its heritage standards.
