Andrew Renton

Andrew Renton is a Director and founder of the company and personally involved in the planning and supervision of all projects. Since completing a Bachelor of Building degree Andrew has had 20+ years experience in the building industry. This includes 3 years as a consultant project manager and 4 years as project manager for a large Sydney construction company. Further studies have included various legal courses, alternative dispute resolution, Home Building Act and product specific courses.

Andrew has been successfully self employed since 1996 and specialised in fire safety work since 1998.

James Bennett

James Bennett has site managed all of the companies major projects since March 2000 and now acts as the company’s wide Construction Manager. James has an extensive background in the building industry ranging from a trade apprenticeship to 4 years self employment as proprietor of a maintenace company where he serviced strata managers and real estate agents in Sydney’s north.

James is involved in practical aspects of the company including OHS, site installations and all passive fire products.

Michael McElroy

Michael is a Project Manager at Fire Safety Constructions; planning, managing and executing selected projects. Since joining our team in June 2018, he has developed a vast understanding of our work and fire safety measures through heavy involvement in all types of projects that we undertake.

Michael has completed his Bachelor of Construction and Property Management with Honours at UNSW, specialising in Building.
