This Dee Why property is comprised of 12 units over 3 levels. Fire Safety Constructions were awarded the project by competitive tender through Mason & Brophy Strata Management Pty Ltd. Our scope included appointment of a 3rd party consultant to certify our works to Warringah Council.
Stage 1 work involved fire doors and seals to units, modification of internal balustrade, upgrade of electrical board, fire stopping audit and modification of exit doors.
Stage 2 work commenced in December 2013 and involved completion of smoke alarm/detection system, exit/emergency lights and installalation of PFE’s.
