Fire Safety Constructions (FSC) were appointed mid 2020 to undergo the fire compartmentation works within this residential building. The works were initiated by a fire order from Woollahra Muncipal Council with the scope of works involving various fire stopping measures typical for an older residential building.
We installed TBA Textiles Titan Cavity Fire Barrier product to compartmentise the roof space with Plus 60 and Green Collar Roll system for all timber components. Additionally, fire rated access panels were installed within new Titan Cavity Fire Barrier wall system to allow for future tradesmen access.
